The 8-station rotary horizontal filling and sealing machine, designed for the fast filling of pre-made doypack (stand-up pouch) products, fills and securely seals pre-formed stand-up pouches (flat pouches, zip-lock pouches, and slider zip pouches) at high speed. The machine can achieve a production capacity of up to 40 pieces per minute in the single model and up to 80 pieces per minute in the double model.

The rotary system is suitable for bulk products, liquids, and paste-type products. Depending on the requirements, it can be modularly expanded with a multihead weigher system, linear weigher system, or integrated dosing units. Thanks to this flexible structure, it can quickly, efficiently, and reliably adapt to different product types.
